 Great for TruBlood fans January 6, 2009
I bought these books after watching the show on HBO. I haven't been able to put these books down, and can't wait for #8 and #9. Charlaine harris had made a reader of me again.

Sookie is the most lovable Heroine ever! Underneath her simple minded southern girl charm she is one clever cookie. The humor, drama, action and suspense come together to make this a sexy, quirky, and addictive page turner!
The HBO series TrueBlood screws the whole story up, so I like the books much better.

I loved this series and could not put the books down. I read all seven of them in six days. I was up at 2:30 in the morning reading and then had to leave for work at 6:45. I hope Charlaine Harris never stops writing!
